J. Slade Winchester
J. Slade Winchester is the head of U.S. and international business development, technology and operations for Citigroup Derivatives Markets, Inc. (CMDI), a division of Citigroup Markets Inc.. Winchester has served as a director of International Securities Exchange since June 4, 2009.  He also serves on the business conduct committee of the CBOE.
Previously, Slade worked as head of CMDI's equity options trading on the CBOE.  He has been involved in securities markets since 1986 when he started on the options floor of Pacific Stock Exchange, moving to the CBOE in 1987. He was an independent market maker on the CBOE until 2000.
