Jim Kustusch
Jim Kustusch is executive vice president, strategic clearing initiatives at OCC[1]. OCC is the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization and the foundation for secure markets. BackgroundKustusch is responsible for the national operations, corporate actions, membership services, and collateral services areas. He also oversees management of the business operations and controls group. Kustusch previously served as first vice president of business operations and was the business lead for the ENCORE clearing system program, OCC's largest systems implementation project to date. He joined OCC in 1985 as director of new products and following that, served as vice president, concentrating on OCC's initial business expansion into futures clearing and building out controls within OCC's operations areas. Kustusch is a member of OCC's operations roundtable and other industry operations committees. EducationKustusch graduated with a B.A. from Illinois State University and completed the Securities Industry Association's Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
