Keizo Goto is a college professor and former regulator and government official who serves as a professor by special appointment of Rikkyo University/St.Paul's University, Graduate School of Economics.

Formerly he was the senior managing director of The Financial Futures Association of Japan, the self-regulatory organization for the Japanese futures and forex markets.[1] Goto was responsible for the every day operations at the association as a full-time, non-member director.

Background

Before joining the Financial Futures Association of Japan, Goto's experience included working at the Ministry of Financial Services Agency. He also worked at the Japanese embassy in Washington DC, where he was involved in financial affairs and securities regulation.

Keizo Goto is an associate member of The Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan. [2]

Education

Goto graduated from the University of the Air in Japan with a degree in industrial technology. He also sits on the University's Board of Trustees.
