Cathey Curley is lead business analyst at Nuveen in Chicago. She took the post in December 2017. 
Curley has extensive experience in the derivatives industry working in a variety of program management and IT roles. Prior to joining Nuveen, she served as a consultant and business data analyst with Predictive Solutions Group, working on Tableau Dashboards for proprietary trading firms.
She served as a manager, program manager in strategic initiatives market regulation at CME Group from April 2010 to May 2017, handing various market regulation technology projects. She also served a project manager for the regulatory case reporting system.
Before that, she was an associate director, IT program manager at Newedge from September 2006 to May 2009. She also has worked for a number of derivatives firms including: Goldenberg, Hehmeyer & Co., XR Trading, Hull Trading and Citadel.
She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from the University of Illinois, Springfeild.
