Eric Pan is the associate director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of International Affairs. He was appointed in December 2011 and is responsible for international regulatory policy.[1]

Background

Pan joined the SEC in January 2011 as an academic fellow in international affairs. At the time, he was on leave from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where he served as an associate professor and the director of The Heyman Center on Corporate Governance. Before that, he was an associate at the law firm Covington & Burling.
